The story of Fountain Valley Bodyworks dates back to 1974, when entrepreneur Dave March first opened a small auto body repair and collision shop in Fountain Valley. Fast forward forty years later, March has not only expanded to surrounding cities, but he has built the largest, well known, and most trusted body shop in Orange County. To date, Fountain Valley Bodyworks has repaired over a half a million vehicles!
Owner March has commitment to investing in the most state-of-the-art equipment. Whether it's a high capacity paint booths or a $110,000 diagnostic computer, OEM factory recommended welders, our facility is always keeping up with the ever changing auto body industry. Our facility is also home to five auto body divisions; Bumper Repair Center, Minor Repair Center, Major Repair Center, Collision Center and our Car and Truck Tow Yard. Devoting resources to specific repair divisions, has allowed us to repair cars more efficiently, better and faster than anyone else. Our staff repairs nearly 600-700 cars per month. From minor scratches, to major auto body collision repair, there isn’t a repair we can’t do. In fact, March has ensured that our facility is prepared to handle everything. We’ve even repaired famous cars throughout our career, such as Herbie, The Volkswagen from the movie Love Bug and the Ford Mustang named Eleanor from Gone in 60 seconds! That’s right, you wouldn’t believe some of the cars we’ve repaired to perfection.. That’s why Fountain Valley Bodyworks and Fountain Valley Bodyworks Express has received multiple awards for our dedication and achievements from the United States Auto Body Repair Industry
Fountain Valley Bodyworks is also about convenience. In 2010, Dave March founded Fountain Valley Bodyworks Express to streamline the entire auto body repair process. His goal has always been to create the best customer experience possible. That’s why Big Smiley is our official mascot, and why there’s a 12-foot smiley face on the front of our buildings. We want our customers to know they will be taken care. From the initial estimate, to handling your insurance claim, to keeping you updated through the process, we know that the final result that will leave you smiling. In addition, our facility is centralized in the heart of Orange County. In fact, both locations are next to every major OC city.
